Technological Knowledge Management System
In order to respond to the operational efficiency of increasingly complex networks, it is also essential to standardize technical and operational rules to install and operate these equipment and apparatus. Currently, the Technology Department manages more than 350 technical specifications, with an average growth rate of 10 specifications per year. These are 75 Supplier Qualification Systems, with more than 7,000 qualified products. Thus emerges the Technological Knowledge Management System (SGCT) that focuses on the word "Being": Technological; Sustainable; For all and Involving.
