Availability of energy data
The availability of energy data ensures support for processes in a reliable, timely manner and is capable of increasing the confidence of all stakeholders in the market. It supports the sale (invoicing) and purchase (forecasts and settlements) of electricity in the market.
The availability of electricity data currently has four major points involving publication of information:
• D+1, daily delivery, to support the forecast of energy purchases in the market;
• M+1, monthly delivery, for sales invoicing (network access tariff) and for supporting the first provisional purchase settlement;
• M+3, monthly delivery, to support adjustments to the first provisional settlement, in order to approximate the purchase information to the fully consolidated value;
• M+9, monthly delivery, to support the final settlement with fully consolidated information.
